研究課題 配位キラリティーの動的変換とタイムプロファイル制御

研究内容 本新学術領域研究では、外部刺激に応答して「配位キラリティー」の変化や逆転が起こる動的変換系錯体の構築を行う。配位キラリティーをもつ分子として、トリス(salen)骨格をもつ一重らせん型錯体や三重らせん構造のかご型錯体を用いる。これらの錯体について、刺激を与えてから配位キラリティーの発現・変換が起こるまでのレスポンス速度や応答プロファイルの精密設計を目指す。具体的には、金属イオンや有機分子の認識、pH変化、電位変化、温度変化、圧力変化など各種の化学・物理情報を使って配位キラリティーの制御を行える系の開発を行う。さらに、化学情報が複数ステップにわたり伝達される化学情報リレー型のシステムを開発し、新しい配位キラリティー変換法を確立する。また、固体表面、ナノ粒子表面などの集積場において、配位キラリティーの変換が協同的に起こる系の創製を目指す。
