研究内容

我々は,これまでキャビタンド分子やカリックス[4]アレーン分子の金属配位による自己集合キラル超分子カプセルや超分子三重らせんホスト分子を開発してきた。しかし,これらのキラルなホスト分子はキラルなゲスト分子の包接により,不斉空間を誘起できるが,包接されたゲスト分子の消失により不斉空間はすぐに消滅してしまう。これらの集合体により形成される不斉空間を効率的に誘導し,凍結できれば不斉空間を用いた新たな分離・触媒システムが構築できると考えた。そこで,本公募研究では,キャビタンドを利用したらせん配位超分子ポリマーやカリックスアレーンの超分子三重らせんらせんポリマーを開発し,連続した不斉分子認識空間を不斉増幅により効率的に創出する新たな手法を開発する。また,キラルな配位超分子ポリマーを利用した新たな不斉分離や不斉触媒システムの構築を行う。
