表面配位に基づく非対称ナノ粒子システムの構築と光・電子機能開拓

研究内容

金属・半導体ナノ粒子表面は、無機結晶最表面の金属元素と表面配位子からなる金属錯体が界面に沿って異方集積した配位空間を与える。本研究では、ナノ粒子表面配位子~秩序性溶媒和構造を含めた拡張配位圏のアシンメトリー設計を通じて、ナノ結晶コア~表面局在の配位空間~ナノ粒子自己集合体のマルチスケールにおける階層的な構造非対称化法を確立し、非対称集積電子系特有の電子・光学機能を開拓することを目的とする。具体的には、キラル配位子設計を通じた、ナノ粒子コアの非対称合成、およびナノ粒子表面配位空間における配位子間キラル相互作用の誘起とキラル光学特性(円偏光発光)の発現について検討する。さらに、表面配位空間とナノ粒子の電子系カップリングとその非対称化を進め、キラル光学特性や光反応(触媒:キラル光反応)などの光・電子機能の開拓を推進する。
